Oh god where do I start? The constant haggling on price is super annoying, the customer could be happy with everything, but always asks "well is this your best price?" and the problem is I don't really have a leg to stand on. There are always multiple competitors with similar products, and if I am not at least close they walk. It's exhausting. Tracking lead times in our industry is awful right now too, they are changing constantly.
