You have good experience on paper and shouldn't have a hard time landing an AE role. If you have trouble, however, I'm looking for interns. There's no pay but I do give you a loaf of bread and 2 La Croixs for the week once you hit the 900 cold call mark.

Hi there! We have a number of fast-growing SaaS companies hiring through our Jobs pilot! We've vetted all of them for product-market fit and sales culture.

Just fill out this survey and we'll match you to the right job for you (no need to drop applications on company websites and get ghosted by recruiters): https://bravadomember.typeform.com/to/GZuqakHs

Welcome! With that background, I'd say you have a strong chance of landing a MM AE role, maybe not SAE unless you were a rockstar but it's our market right now, so I say just find the companies you like and start applying/networking!

Thank you for the suggestion on this. I have received very similar feedback in my search thus far. I am aware I have a very diverse background and it is not all in SaaS Sales (wish it was), but at what point do you think an SAE role would be a good fit? 4 years of SaaS as an AE?

Most SAEs I've seen hit that target between 3-5 years, but of course stellar performance can always fast track you.

Market is super hot right now you can likely land a job at or close to 200k OTE without being a senior.

Are you hitting quota on a consistent basis for the past 2 years as an AE?

Call me what you want, just sign the damn contract
You should hit up:

-BigCommerce. They're on the rise, have a solid team/folks to learn form and have a heavy Austin presence.
-NetSuite. Great place to get some more experience and people tend to get solid pay bumps when they leave. Big Austin presence there as well.
-Literally anything in the payments space, especially BNPL
-Nutanix. They have a lot of "we've done this successfully before" type of folks
-Atlassian Solid presence, younger team in general and lots of learning going around.
