Interviewing with a Series C

Have a final round scheduled with a Series C company. I am really excited about the opportunity, but it is the first time I have interviewed with a start up this far in the interview process. I was hoping to get feedback from the War Room to questions to ask to make sure this can be a long term fit. Below are some notes from my past interviews with them, would love to hear you advice on other questions to ask to get a better understanding.

**I have asked SalesGPT but wanted to see if I could get additional help on this.

Series C, AI Tech company founded in 2017.

They are currently profitable and have not needed additional funding so they currently don't have any plans of any additional rounds of funding in the 2 year road map.

Have thousands of paying customers.

This role is majority inbound with a 2 month sales cycle, confirmed via back channeling so they have a proven product and proven demand via % of inbounds

Company is still new as majority of people have been there for under 2 years.

I am looking to confirm the exact runway and the turnover of clients in the final round

Anything else I missed

Turnover of reps could be an important one as well. If it is good, why are people staying here? Conversely, if bad, why are people leaving is not the eloquent question, but you get the gist

Also, assuming it is good based on % of inbounds you mentioned. At this step in the process, "why do reps stay here" is a homerun question that hiring managers, HR, whoever, love to answer

At this point they are confirming you are a fit for their org. You have the quals, etc. so itโ€™s all about personality and comfort.

Iโ€™d ask something like โ€œbeyond my natural hustle and solid sales skills demonstrated by my previous results, what can we talk about that would help me (1) best mesh with the org, and (2) be successful in the position?

Grass is always greener when you aren't the one watering it. you won't know the Knitty gritty until you are actually in the role.

Dang man, this sounds pretty sweet.

If sales reps on Linkedin have majority been there nearly two years. Holy cow, that's a really, really, good sign.

Don't forget to negotiate your base and get what you can either way though.

What segment will you be selling in?
I ask because primarily inbound is SMB / MM -- are they having success upmarket? Series C companies need to start to move upmarket to raise again/go public etc.

I would check out G2 reviews of the product try and find something they could improve on and ask them about it.
