Is anyone in SaaS selling to SaaS companies right now?

Or booking meetings?
editing to say - in case it wasn't clear - in this economic climate are you closing deals or getting opps and interest as a SaaS company selling to other SaaS companies.

lmao
I recognize the sarcasm here, but wanted to chime in that I am not selling into software companies and I'm so glad I'm not.

What kind of SaaS and to what kind of SaaS companies?

It's pretty brutal out there for selling to any software platform.

It has been tough. Q4 was desolate but I had a solid January for meetings. Seems like companies are more open to take a meeting when they have a new budget

Bro we are in the exact same boat. Don't you love it when the manny calls you "Hey how is that account coming along?"
"Well did you see on the front page of the news that they just cut a third of their workforce?"

Yes. Our product helps them run a business process far leaner and generally shows big ROI quickly. Companies going lean has helped accelerate our business.

Deal flow is rolling along just fine. Have you adjusted your ICP based on the last 3-6 months of closed won business. Titles, company size, problem statements, etc, are all different than early 2022. Might need to reframe.

I am trying to close a 3 year deal for a SaaS company that is without-question going to IPO in the next year. (I work for a SaaS company and going to be selling them our SaaS product)

Guess what? I'M HAVING A TERRIBLE TIME!!

Not currently in SaaS, but when I used to, I was hardly selling to the other SaaS companies that time of the year!

Not me but I hear selling to SaaS companies is very quantitative proces. Communicate ROI and you're golden

recently came from that space (laid off), and the majority of my network is in that space (also getting laid off) -- it's a really bad time to sell there. Maybe easy to get meetings (especially getting meeting for meeting situations going since everyone is desperate and has the time), but no one has the ability to really do much buying at the moment. Too much uncertainty

Yes. It's been a tough stretch because the majority of companies are hibernating to see where the market goes. I'm speaking from both myself reaching out to clients and being reached out by other companies for their services.
