The first AI tool you should try is the Search Bar here.

No offense, but why did they ask you to do it if you know nothing about it?

What did you try and why didn't it work?

I just fireflies.ai for note taking so I can actively engage without worry about taking notes as well. Has been great for internal and external calls.

Are there legal issues with that thing recording people? Do we need to tell prospects?

Great question - People can see the notetaker join and most just don't care. I answer if people ask what it is but I let people know it just for my notes so I can stay engaged and I've yet to have an issue.

That's not a real answer b/c I'm no lawyer but I've yet to have anyone give me any pushback I think it's a common enough practice and if I know the conversation is going private I kick it out anyways and comment on that.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator AI is helpful.
Hyperbound for training.
GPT or Gemini for templates.

More AI more work to be honest. More work since people are already set in a way of operation, experimenting with new things is important but taxing(short term) so depends on your org goals tbh. If it’s just for the team to hit numbers for a month - Bad idea. If it’s a pilot project to take your org more AI driven then worth experimenting.

We use an in-house version of co-pilot. It is really really good.

Pulls from documents in the central repository, goes through my emails, records and transcribes meetings with highlights and notes, and is able to bullet point tasks that need to be done. I can even prompt it to write and sum up emails for me. Just a great tool.

We use ai internally to parse documents and make suggestions/lists/templates based on our own collateral and messaging. It has helped shortcut RFP responses and outbound messaging too, because it’s looking at our own info to come up with the responses.

We also use Chorus for calls, and the transcript feature is very useful.

Gong's ai tool is super helpful. I've not found much to help with outreach though.

the best ai tool is your brain, i think ai has a wonderful place for meeting recording/summaries data entry etc even adding linkedin connections with a tool like octopus but people can smell ai generated outreach from a mile away

especially with google cracking down on spam its just not worth the risk
