best to stay away from all that stuff.
My partner uses something similar - Modalert or something. I can assure you - the effects are on people around you as well. So. Might as well try just caffeine?

I was hooked on moda for a while, but I had a poor lifestyle and was using it to compensate for a lack of sleep and self-discipline. 7-8 hours of sleep, morning sunlight, cooking my meals, working out (even just light workouts), coffee, and classical music work better without receipts. I could feel the moda receipts arrive on the weekend when I would sleep long hours. Anecdotally, I also felt myself approach calls differently while on Moda, have you noticed that as well?
when I was on Moda, I found myself more productive, I was pretty sharp when it came to being on the phone I'm more confident but i had to drop moda because i would get tired the next day after taking so now i have to take more and more and more
