Is there a tool for this?

I'm developing a new territory for our company. Our AE team has essentially fine tuned the prospecting process that works extremely well for us.

Context: we're in the medical device/service space. So any medical facility that utilizes imaging equipment modalities (CT, MRI, X-ray, etc) is a prospect.

It roughly looks like this...

1) Find facilities/companies. Rather than just googling, there's a number of resources that list facilities and the modalities they have at their site.

***This doesn't take much time. Very easy to find lists.

2) Use Zoominfo to find best contacts.

***This part can take a decent amount of time filtering through larger health systems. Zoominfo does a good job at filtering via advanced search.

3) Enter into salesforce so we're tracking calls and emails.

***This part is time consuming.

4) Start calling/emailing and building a relationship.

I'd love to quit spending so much time in steps 2-3.

Is there a tool/service that would allow me to pull a bulk list from Zoominfo of ICPS and upload them to salesforce for me?

I've spoken about this before. The journey of a contact from LinkedIn/Zoominfo --> Salesforce --> SalesLoft/Outreach can be very painful, especially if you do not have a process set in place.

I'm curious, is it not possible for you to give this to SalesOps to build a process around it, and automate it?

Re step 2: When you search for contacts now are you manually reviewing zoominfo results based off a broad search?

Or, do you have the advanced search filters down?

I'm confused why step 3 is taking a long time. Are you manually entering leads?

Using advanced filters to narrow down specific titles.

Yes, manually entering leads after we find the contact in ZoomInfo into salesforce.

I'm trying to go for bigger accounts in this new role. The dream would be to penetrate larger health systems. There's potentially 100-200+ unique leads within 1 health system.

So, if I could just search in zoominfo for the titles I need to speak with, pull that list after filtering down with advanced search, have uploaded into salesforce (not manually), and it basically create my task list for me, that would be money.

I could probably free up 5-8 hours a week with a feature like this.

Does that help clear it up?

Why not use the zoominfo to Salesforce integration?

Is there a cost for this?

Iโ€™m obviously under utilizing zoominfo (and Salesforce for that matter).

Iโ€™m not familiar with the zoominfo SF integration, but SF will eat any kind of spreadsheet import. Maybe your IT peeps can upload it if you donโ€™t have the integration or the permishes. Manual input is just nuts. Youโ€™re on the right scent.

I'm not sure since I've never bought zoominfo myself, just a user.
Regardless, export to CRM (either direct or though a CSV upload as others noted) was always an option.

You should definitely be able to automate getting it into SF.
Hope it goes well!

So you wanna pull a bulk of data from ZoomInfo to Salesforce,am I getting that right!I believe you need to get to the (my lists) page and click on the gear icon next to the file you wish to export then finally select Export to Salesforce!

I guess Salesforce + Zoominfo integration is free. You can give this homework to your ops team to make sure the exported field maps with your SF field. It takes hardly sometime to export from ZI to SF. I guess the other option could be CSV import.

yeah I think I just need to dig in deeper and learn more functionality of ZI/SF integration.
Thanks D!

You could get a tool called Salesloft so then you can import the data from Zoominfo and that will do the tracking and put the calls and emails into Salesforce

Don't need another tool, zoominfo has its own CRM export

I think that there is a way to integrate and allow the contacts to get automatically uploaded into SF, that is how I have done it in the past.

If this gets figured out from this thread I'd be astonished. It's also something you would think Zoominfo would create to basically dominate the market
