There are many such an indeed. LinkedIn is a good place as there are a lot of groups like SDRLink where the members keep posting SDR jobs.

Also, you might want to look at Bravado jobs.

Piggybacking off here. LinkedIn is the place in my experience - most visually appealing for hunters, and I imagine with a greater pool of quality applicants.

Indeed and LinkedIn are the most popular places for anyone to find jobs here, entry level people included.

If OP wants to hire some SDRs that's where I recommend posting first. Other suggestion is to ask existing employees for referrals.

thanks @funcoupons @poweredbycaffeine, here in canada ... the labour market is pure suckage. no one wants to work so we get applicants that will need 6 months of training (of basic things like how to bcc lol)

so linkedin has become full of that :(

I'm in Canada also and I feel ya there. My company is hiring for SDRs too. We have a nice office, pay is above average, concrete path to becoming an AE, and the team they'd be on is great....still can't find anyone that wants to work.

We've had most of our luck with internal referrals, and are not trying out a recruitment agency. The agency candidates aren't MUCH better than what we get on our own but at least they're pre-vetted for the basics so our hiring manager isn't wasting time with people who can't write a professional email or people who are scared of the phone. You could look into that as an option as well.

we did, but went through the same issue.. + getting BD outsources blowing up saying they can find SDRs in other countries - problem is we had SDRs (in canada) like that who got hung up on a LOT more because of accents

which is why the focus is all north. tried indeed/ziprecruiter/linkedin/frgn flyers at king/bay (TO) and still nothing lol

Yaaa I would never suggest outsourcing SDRs. The results just aren't the same. Good luck getting a prospect to pick up a call from an international area code.

Could it be that the role isn't attractive/competitive enough? And what are you looking for in a candidate? Do they need some prior SDR exp?

For corporate/B2B I'd venture LinkedIn and Indeed

down voters are marketing spies
network via linkedin, find the local sales managers, and ask for an entry level role, or where to apply.
