Keeping track of business vs personnel mileage

Heads up: I'm not aware how taxes and deductions work in different countries so its possible not everyone will be able to answer. As an FYI, I am located in Canada.

I get a fix monthly car allowance to cover the time spent on the road. This amount is taxed. At the end of the year, I can deduct from my taxes the expenses related to my car but only the % that was actually used on business KM. I've been using Mile IQ to keep track of my business vs personal trips/drives because it was conveniently part of the Office 365 bundle (this is no longer the case).

Does anyone have experience with another app/method that you prefer? And if so, why ? Or is Mile IQ also your go to ?

Mile IQ is the best I've seen. Last I checked it was about $50/year which is totally worth it IMO.
I just don't need to track mileage the way I used to.
