I would suggest looking at a list of companies who attend FinTech conferences and going to both their LI and websites to see what's open first.

Then, if there are specific companies you are very interested in work for, reaching out to their Execs to network with them via LI or reaching out directly via email.

Highly recommend looking to your network. You have 10 years of kickass experience, I assume someone you previously worked with has made the switch the FinTech.

Reach out to them, grab coffee, get an intro to a hiring manager or recruiter

I just got an offer from Sezzle. BNPL fintech company. I can update later with my experience if I take the offer but so far company seems solid.

Defining what a good company is will be subjective and personal. What's great for one rep might be horrible for another. As Kosta said, your network will be the best path for this, but you can also leverage resources like Glassdoor and Repvue to get a taste of what's out there.
