Loose Cannon....

Hey gang,


I have a loose cannon in my crew. Guy shows up when he wants, sexually harasses all of my female staff, and is difficult to keep on task during briefings and internal meetings.


How do you deal with someone like that? I don't want to let him go because his dog ate a wheel of cheese and that vet bill was not pretty.
