Awareness that my strengths (balcony) can also be my weakness (basement). It breaks it down by domain - Executing, Relationship Building, Strategic Thinking and Influencing.

I find that no matter how many different ones you do, if you line them all up, you'll still see yourself reflected throughout. It's pretty cool to get the different perspectives on the same you.

Been a while like 5 years since I last done it, is there a a link for MBTI/Gallup or Clifton. I recall doing mine in uni paper based.

I did the MBTI paper based in one of my university classes. I did a quick google search just now though and you could take it online. If you still have your MBTI results, you might get more value out of doing a test you haven’t done yet though because your MBTI result probably won’t have changed in 5 years.

I don't know I really want to have access to my last one and do a new one to compare how things have changed. 5 years ago i never imagined working for sales. In fact i wanted to be in marketing.

That makes sense. For the majority of people it won't change because its based on personality and not preferences, but some people have reported changes. If you decide to redo the test, let us know if you results changed. :-)

I haven't but not because I wouldn't, just because the occasion never presented itself. I wouldn't mind using it though if it helps determining whether the company is a good fit for me and I'm a good fit for the company.

Love this! would love to see this promoted and see more data in this poll. Definitely some surprising results, but I'd love to learn more about what common traits top performers have.
