They only come in to take private jets home every day and $300k over 3-4 months before they tell your exec team everything middle management and under know is wrong, then they'll fly out, you and you teams will all get shafted in some way, heads will roll, company will prep for sale or something.
Source: Worked at BBVA when McKinsey came in and partnered with us to prep it for sale to PNC while telling us all that it was for our benefit.
