I always have my powered shake and cereal every day for breakfast. For lunch I have meat with rice or potatoes, and I change it up every dinner.ย

I try to get 2,300 cal per day.ย

I usually have more time to cook dinner at night, but the shake idea is pretty good for the morning. I usually skip breakfast, but always seem to get hungry around 10:45

I would love to learn how to do this. I just cannot eat the same thing more than once a week ๐Ÿ˜‘

I used to be way more into it when I was in my late teens/early 20s. I just can't keep eating out and want to shake things up. It's not as hard as it sounds if you have the right tools (rice cooker, crockpot, grill, air fryer). Way easier than it used to be.ย

Depends on what your goals are from your diet, but toss some fish in there. I love salmon and try to make it at least 1x a week.ย

I had steelhead trout the last two nights in a row. So I'm with ya on the fish.

If my GF liked fish more I would eat it 5+ times a week. Give me all of the sushi. Too bad thats not easy to meal prep haha

I've been doing this diet with @paddyย where you pretty much have 2-3 cigarettes for breakfast with a large Mexican coffee, followed up by intern offal's for lunch and you round it out with a liter of Kahlua for dinner.ย

I used to, haven't in a while though. If you don't have a crockpot, get one. Awesome for meal prep. Especially when prepping the meat element in your meals.ย

I use the crockpot all the time in the winter, don't do it as much during the summer. My grill and air fryer are the ones always being used.ย

I would say sandwiches are the most common, also rice bowls with different veggies and proteins are an easy go to lunch that can be easily meal prepped. You can switch up what you put in them and different dressings for a change.ย

I like the idea of the rice bowls, do you use any specific container to prep them?

I cook every day, once you get into the rhythm it's easier but chicken is still there, and so is beef. I try to get steamed / boiled vegetables a couple of times a week, sometimes rice, sometimes potatoes (boiled, baked, mashed). I'm not into salads, but I'm always happy to have pasta (1 a week at least), and there's always room for homemade pizza. The thing is you need the time and will to do it all, and that's not always my case...so leftovers are always good.

I usually eat those same food groups. Looks like I just need to make additional servings. I try to cook every day that I can, and then go out on Friday's

Taking a counter is like being Snow White when she ate the poison apple. Avoid that shit.

Exactly. A counter offer is always smoke and mirrors to benefit the company, not you.
