so let's be honest, 100% of the sales/ negotiation books out there are corny. That said, I like to think it's logical to be a lifelong learner in your industry. it's also obvious that our job is more science than art so a sales process is obvious.

Not a sales book, but really helped me early in my sales and again when I switched to business development is "The Science of Hitting" Ted Williams. The concepts for hitting are, to me, the same as making sales.
