I would schedule a meeting with your manager to pretty much walk through this deal and how they ruined it. Bonus points, if they knew about the deal bring up how they made the decision to give the platform for free.
If they knew about your deal and they signed, I would be asking for credit with commission. If not, I would be asking for quota relief.

It's really hard to say with the context you've provided. Like, how exactly is that happening. For example, let's say I sold to an agency and for 20k and then they try to sell it to oracle
For 200k, something like that I suppose may happen but legally you safeguard for it. Is there not something in the contract around naming accounts who get access.

Or you mean they're literally the same company legally so they get access to the software too?

Personally I find it hard to give advice without more context.

We partner with Real Estate associations to improve our brand awareness.
I was working on a deal with a big agency 80 Users almost 18k deal.
My boss signed a contract with this association to give them the platform for free.
The CEO of the agency was part of the association, so they told me that they wouldn't move forward because they already got the platform for free as the association partnership.

The CEOs entire agency is part of the association and all the users at the agency can use the platform for free?

That makes no sense. So every CEO who belongs to that association can bring his agency and users in over and basically siphon off your business?

Have you talked to your manager about the terms of the agreement he signed with the association to see if the agency is part of that contract? Because if youโ€™re taking the word of your prospect on this rather than discussing with your boss and reviewing the terms of the contract with him to see if that agency is allowed on the platform under those terms, you shouldnโ€™t be. It may be that usage is restricted and the CEO is wrong. But you need to talk to your manager.
