If you apply and don't follow up, you are wasting your time even applying. The avg job posting gets ~500 applications. Even the BEST applicants are passed over. If you want to be seen, you need to do something more than just apply.

maybe an aggressive search on linkedin, looking for people from the company and writing to them directly

Find the hiring manager on LinkedIn. Look at people who can connect you and give a warm referral on LinkedIn. Unfortunately, a lot of companies are going to go with the warm referral 9/10 times.

Did they give any reason for the denial? Was it based upon tenure, experience, etc.?

Not sure what tips I could possibly provide but may have someone take a look at your resume to make sure that it is standing out from others and that it is highlighting your accomplishments correctly to put you in the best light on a piece of paper.

How long have you been a BDR, and is there no path for advancement where you work?

More details about your qualifications as well as where you're applying and what your resume looks like will help.

Copy and paste from the job description and put it in the resume. But ranks, quota %, and awards there.

Make sure to fill out the job profile here and switch to actively looking

It sounds like you're getting rejected based off your resume and not even making it to the first round of interviews. If that's the case, you need to work on your resume. Have someone (or multiple people) look at it and help you beef it up. (Ask people who actually do hiring and know what they're looking for)

Youโ€™re looking for 3 wildly different positions. Why are you casting such a wide net?

Apart from your tenure, are you using the same resume everywhere? I would tweak it a bit based on the job role and add some keywords from the job description to increase the chance of getting picked up during resume.

If you are getting rejections before even anyone reaching out, itโ€™s the first step and you need to
improve that.

As others said, always ask for reasons why they are passing you up. There might be something easily fixed but you just don't catch it.

For those who sent you the denials do they tell the reasons behind, you could use that simply to strengthen any weak points!!
