New Territory

Feels like a clean slate, starting off the new year tackling a new territory. In an effort to not replicate mistakes I've made in the past, what is your best advice when tackling a new territory with the same company?

Do your own lead source and donโ€™t rely on CRM

Ask management why they gave you new territory!

Go in with fresh eyes - definitely read the notes in CRM and talk to the old rep, but also make sure you aren't limited by what they tell you will be too hard in this territory. I've seen reps say that certain territories or accounts are impossible, but when a new rep comes into that territory they often can come up with new innovative ways to break in
