I am shocked at how people think the more emails you send out, the better you’ll do.

I would rather my team do 1 really good cold call than 100+ generic emails.

And you can’t personalize 100s-1000s emails.

Well thought out calls should still be happening in 99% of situations.

It's hit-and-miss, I've found some people who really appreciate the fact we're taking the time to do the research and respond positively and I don't get many unsubscribes (maybe 3 or 4 that were flagged in OR), however, the respond rate is only at 2% or 3% not much better than sending personalized emails.

I have found that it is a unique way to stand out from all the other emails that are received. However still a very time consuming prospecting approach, so it is only for a handful of your top prospects.

Maybe as a follow up or after initial contact but for a cold email imbedding a video sounds like a lot of wasted time, just my two cents though

Pick up the phone, it works and its what 80% of reps are too scared to do. When i think of the number of sales emails I get, no matter how personalized they immediately get filed.

Quality, well researched, personalized touch & brief. Do the work, use AI for light help-grammerly/lavender/chat gpt but review the work… cutting corners isn’t a recipe for success… and AI still needs lots of work.

After that, you take 12 seconds to type more than a single sentence. How can we personalize at scale is like asking 'how can I grow revenue?'.

Vague, generic, boring, and impossible to answer. We need context to what you are trying to do.
