Personal CRM?

Wether we like it or not. Truth is, we get hired - at least in part - for who we know. 

how do you go about this? do you keep a personal CRM? any recommendations?
is there a way to use your business email for a personal CRM to send out emails or does it need to be set up by IT...

LinkedIn. You can actually grab your contacts personal emails, etc. which they have listed in LI. At least last I checked you could.
