Your admins can really muck it up to be a bad experience.

HubSpot now. It’s alright. Used Salesforce in the past and found it overly complicated.

Hubspot for last 4 years. Can't really complain but also don't know any better.

Used bullhorn as a recruiter too. Hated it 😂

I am the HubSpot Admin at my mid-market company and I have a love/hate relationship with what it does. Part of it is the issue of everything you want to do always seems to be "just" out of reach in the next tier. I wish there were more a la carte options. They would sell much more to me if they could adapt and not have their Mesozoic-era tier model.

We used sales force but our internal IT team designed our own CRM and have been using that for a year now. It has its own issues but bugs are fixed “quickly” and does what it needs to do.

You use two crms? Your ops team must love the data sets they’re working off of.

Salesforce for the win. It’s comprehensive, you can minimize it for your needs, has integrations for any and all software you want to add to it.

I use Salesforce. My company is quite small so I am also the admin for Salesforce. That means I can make it work exactly how I want it to, add fields as needed and have a lot more flexibility with reports because of that.

I believe the usefulness of Salesforce comes from the administration of it. Salesforce does a lot of training for new admins and the thing they push the most is user research and adjusting for how different departments use the program. The better the admin is at doing that the better the Salesforce experience.
