PD is the ability of an individual to identify where they need improvement and create a plan via seminars, reading, having a coach, keeping an open mind, really embracing the, " no excuse, just solution" mentality etc, but the trick is never stopping. PD is a non-stop process of growth no matter what's going on around you. It's dedicating time, doesn't have to be hours, just a clear idea of what needs improvement and take it one step at a time. If it's 5min or 50min just keep doing it.
