Sometimes just venting to people who get it can help. Otherwise. Professional advise can keep you sane. Tactical advise can keep you current. See @Gastyโ€™s post for today for examples. There are many.

For me, I had to make a decision about where my time is spent. Am I doing high quality activities or time wastes. Also had to decide on who I surrounded myself with that could help lift me professionally and personally.

Audio books, master classes, and even membership fees to professional organizations.

There might be good nuggets here, but sifting through posts about ways to slack off or if it is ok to hit on your prospect/customer don't really lift me up professionally.
