Pitching Advise Needed

TLDR - main sponsor/lead left the company 90% of the way through building a business case. have a meeting with final decision makers now without main sponsor and not feeling confident without him. to pitch or not to pitch?
---
have an account I've been working on the last month or so. SME with approx 150 so employees

all was going swimmingly to my usual plan. What I would call a main Sponsor and someone under him were working very open with me. we developed a demo to their exact use case. got them to the lightbulb moment. the next steps were to lock in the business case and get a pitch sorted for the main decision makers

whatever happened internally, main sponsor gave his 2 weeks notice and has now left. but I've still managed to wiggle my way in with the now main decision makers plus the guy that was under the initial sponsor

these guys are hard to get for an hour, so I have 60+ minutes to shock and awe them (be no problem to me)

my question is, if they ask me to tell them the costs of the project, should I go ahead and pitch them. or should I try and build a bit of rapport with them (but risk them thinking Im evading costs etc)

I'm happy the business case is solid. the Value/cost is a no brainer. but I can't account for the human element whereby the head of operations has left and these guys have never met me before

I was thinking about bringing a "here's something I've prepared earlier" presentation with costs etc after they've agreed they want to see it once I show them I understand their business in full. their the type of industry stakeholders who will give a go ahead if they like it

what have you experienced folk done before?

The shock and awe here is the fact that you don't know the difference between advise and advice. 😋

What happens if you don’t pitch? Zero chance at the business? Probably need to meet and pitch.

Uhm what are the other options for presenting price, sending them an e-sig and praying they just sign it?

You're a CEO?
And work with the customer. You've been down a path. Ask how much they know about the project, your company, your product, etc. And then move into shock and awe. And yes, pitch. Tell them why you were engaged, what value you bring, etc.

this is what it's called sales my guy. you gotta sell. as your leaders probably say, "sell with value".
start you deck/presentation with a few slides with all the notes, number of meetings, recaps, metrics and work you did with the champion prior to your champion leaving. this will give the folks in the room an idea of where the deal stands.
lastly, your title says you're a CEO. if you aren't comfortable going into a room of people to pitch your product in front of other executives, you may need a coach/mentor to get over this hump.

I’m in the cloud contact center technology space, having a hell of a time getting a second interview, and I think it’s because I am getting stuck. Instead, they do not like my response to the following question “what are your goals with this new role.” Any guidance would be appreciated.
