quota technically went down....but the way they look at it changed from contract value to recognized revenue which is hard for sales ppl

No one on my team is commissioned, purely salaried. We're expected to be high performance, and are compensated well to instill a sense of trust and expectation in that performance. I've found that it's created the best sales team environment I've been a part of. There's no stepping on toes, everyone is super collaborative, we look out for each other.
