Remote Part-Time Sales??

I work at a start up 9-5 as an AE but am looking to make some extra cash on the side. 

I've been looking on LinkedIn too but I figured I'd ask here and see if anyone has any leads. I'm thinking 10-12 hours a week. I don't even know if there's a job out there like this but doesn't hurt to ask!

This comes up a lot. Usually there’s advice about putting your all into your FT job and not burning out with a second job. Curious: Why is it you feel you need a second job right now? What’s up with the startup?

Ya it’s a great question and I didn’t want to go into all the details haha but I assumed this would get brought up. Basically right now we are not selling because we are building the network. Monetization will come in the next few months but we still won’t know what the selling landscape will look like. They are taking care of me but I’m not able to exceed quota and make more money currently. So, I wanted to see if there are any part time opportunities.

Ik this sounds kinda sus haha but we are ventured back by NFX and I was the first sales hire so like any start up it’s a roller coaster.

@Eru@willyhndz3There are indeed jobs out there (and in Bravado's Talent Marketplace) like this! 10-12 hours per week is in line with what companies expect. The ratio of folks looking for these roles on Bravado to the number of opportunities currently on the platform is still quite high, but we're constantly adding new gigs. To sign up as talent, make sure your Bravado profile is current and go to Jobs > Edit Work Preferences > What employment type are you open to? > and then make sure you've opted into side hustle! I'm in a similar spot. Had someone offer me a part time commission-only role. Found this person through networking.

Reason I accepted is not only to supplement my low income, but also a) I get to prospect again, which I haven't done since my last job 6 months ago, and b) insurance in case I get canned in my current job (which has a very good chance of happening). Bravado Flex said they had nothing for me, which I think is more a reflection on me than on Bravado.
