Resume Advice Looking For New Role-Tear It Up!

Hey fellow sales wizards, needing some resume advice here. I am trying to move into another role right now in enterprise sales(open to new industries) where I am getting better comps(I'm very underpaid right now) and have more challenges with clients and the firm. Any advice, criticism, or suggestions is much appreciated!

You've got SaaS in the National AE role, maybe include it in the current role also. Wouldn't hurt to include the word Enterprise in the top 2 titles or at least the descriptions. I have trouble directly connecting your BDM experience to a full cycle sales role. The first line says you did 48M in 4 years. It's positioned as an IC statement which is a disconnect from the title. If I saw that I drill you on it. You could change that up into your actual metrics that contributed to X share of the total 48M in "an early stage" whatever company. Then, if you did hands-on close deals, say so. I think you need to link the titles and performances into a cohesive "sales progression" type journey.

All in all, the resume says sales. I'd just tighten up the trip. Current role speaks volumes.

Good resume, and solid feedback here.

I agree with braintank - sentences are too long, add more numbers. Ex. $48 mn great but the attainment each year in % might catch the attention.

Not bad. Sentences are kind of run ons. Can you distill them down and focus on metrics?

Agree here, break it up and add more numbers. Was your team hitting 100% of plan? How much AUM were those 75 PMs? How much money did you invest and what returns was the investment team managing?
Just plug in numbers wherever you can.
