I strongly agree with her point about being careful, even while scrambling to hit your first $1million ARR, what habits or examples you are setting for your team.

Lots of companies, including some i've been at, start scrappy and run into a ton of friction as they work to standardize processes. It creates a hump trying to regain efficiencies you had with zero process or circumventing processes to close deals.
