Ours is locked down and only a few of us have admin rights. ย

What integrations are you want one to use?ย

We have rights but I don't use the upload contacts/companies. I worked hard entering each prospect into Salesforce and I don't want some third party shizz mucking that up.

I canโ€™t even get our company to integrate to Outlook. Most likely because we are operating on MS office from 2003.ย

I only use company-wide implemented integrations but would also be very curious if anyone has found any valuable add-ons.

I use ZI to upload prospects into SF. Itโ€™s a multi step process so not particularly useful but better than manually inputting.ย

Whether or not this goes well tends to a do a lot with your implementation. If some numbskull implements it, I don't care how good the integration possibilities are because you're going to have a bad time.

I started using Scratchpad and when my CSO found out he bought licenses for the whole team. Other than that I havenโ€™t tried anything. Most of our stuff integrates with outreach.ย

Vonage works just fine. It's embedded within SF. We're are currently using it and so far everything seems to integrate seamlessly - so far.ย

I've always used the integration for prospecting tools like ZI because it was always so much faster, but tough when you'd end up with dupes

I recently started using Scratchpad for tasks and pipeline stuff and i love it

My company has direct imports and integrations with ZoomInfo and Salesloft. Not sure if that's along the lines of what we are looking for. But overall they are easy to use but they can look a little clunky in SF.

Currently using ZI, not great but gets the job done.ย  ZI's Linkedin Sales Nav extenstion is the best part.ย  I have used Apollo in the past which wasn't too bad at all as well.ย ย

My company has ZoomInfo,LeadIQ, and Salesloft extensions that work great. Makes it easy to import/exports leads and contacts in a matter of seconds.
