My girlfriend is working in SaaS and kind of hates her job. Org is run terribly, firing people on emotion, looks like the ship is sinking fast.
She's looking at new jobs right now, but the market is tight. Her boss loves her, and she has to do minimal effort to hit quota (like 2 hours a day)
On the one hand, she does nothing and gets paid decently. On the other hand, she is bored out of her skull and wants to get invested in something.
What are the thoughts on sandbagging at an org that you know is failing, still being able to hit quota, but not being challenged and potentially having a happier day to day
