Biggest Challenges:

Too much manual work - Get a CRM system and use it correctly. Forecast from this system. Fuck spreadsheets and BI tools.

Too much change - Make a decision and stick to it. Make change the exception within any given FY, not the rule. Stop re-organizing every 6-12 months. Let reps get in a groove with their patch / customers so they can meaningfully contribute to future-looking plans.
