Seeing a lot of hiring in payments and FinTech infrastructure products

it might be that I am connected to a lot of executives and leaders of groups, but I am seeing a decent spike in posts on LinkedIn looking for SDRs and AEs.

I'm an AE in fintech. Hopefully the companies you're seeing with job posts pay higher than mine does ($50k base/$75k OTE).

Stay if you're happy and have a career path there but that's in line with most tech SDR plans.

I might be an AE at my current company, but I have no career path here. There's no MM or Enterprise team, you go AE, then team lead, then manager, then wherever in leadership. I only took this job to avoid unemployment. It's clear that in this job market I'm not getting an AE job at a different company, so either I stay here, or I go back to SDR somewhere if they have a good advancement path to AE. Personally I'd rather be working towards something vs spinning my wheels.

Gotcha, I wouldn't give up looking for another AE role. You have AE experience now which shows career growth. I'd keep applying.

Looks like they are $80/$160 for MM AE, $140/$280 for ENT AE, and $55/$90 for SDRs. Thatโ€™s the averages across the first few I pulled up.

Interesting. Looks like I'll be looking at some SDR fintech jobs this weekend.

Fintech is growing. Just a lot of outdated banking systems and there's space to grow. Not in that industry myself but was interviewing for it
