I’m going to be dead honest with you right now.
I took a look at your profile and there are a few things there alone that stand out.

1) You’ve worked at some awesome companies.

2) You’ve got gaps between jobs.

Right now much of this job market is about minimizing risk when hiring. If I were a hiring manager based on my points above I’d be impressed and scared as shit about your experience.

You’ve got the pedigree, but the gaps and short tenures lead me to think you’ve been laid off repeatedly.

Perhaps many of these roles have been contact based. Maybe some you did let go from. Either way unless you can articulate a story around that you may have difficulty right now.

Thank you for the feedback. I have been laid off from all of my companies and with the one execption of me leaving citix to work for microsoft. microsoft was a contract to permenat as it always it with a 3 year way period before i can reapply. contract ended sort due to covid 19. chetu sort tenure during covid. wix i assumed would have been more permanet however they laid off the entire sales team start of q3 2022. when the tech layoff started. how ever I never get to have that converastion. cause i don't make it to the interview.

Thank you again for the feedback i don't know how to remove myself for this situation hence the cry for help.
