Some Interesting linkedin lead gen tactics i've seen

Hey team, just curious to know if you've seen some unique lead gen tactics on linkedin recently.

I seen a pretty unethical but interesting one. A profile was set up and every few weeks they would post the same thing about looking for work, their qualifications what kind of jobs they were looking for and a bit of a sob story as well. As usual it would get mega engagement and people would tag others or opportunities.

I did a little digging and noticed this person had been doing this for the last 2 years, all while employed.

I believe the tactic here is to farm recruitment leads using their candidates details as the bio then reach out on other accounts with the leads that people are posting as opps.

Definitely not ethical, but the engagement was crazy on this tactic
