this is by far the best, im 23 and if I had a manager do this for me I think it'd be fun. start at 4pm on a friday, bring the wine, the beer, the seltzers and have what is called tipsy hot seat. Everyones drinking so the nerves are at ease. Sit in a circle, one in the middle theyre the sales person, you lead the first one and then have other reps lead the other ones. Essentially a role play in front of everyone, throw at the toughest objections, even silly ones, talk in an accent, have fun with it. Give tasks to the sales person like you have to throw in the word in yolo somewhere in your pitch or something like that. Then when theyre done, get the team to give feedback what they did well, what they should work on, etc. have fun with it, dont rip them apart too bad bc there's alcohol involved so its supposed to be fun.

if you do it with no alcohol, take the lowest producing rep and have them do it first and rip them apart, they'll be motivated to get better bc they dont want to be embarrassed.
