Toddler Level Negoiation

Some might critize my parenting, but I love striking deals with my 2 year old.
Example:
"Time for bed" 
"No"
"Yes, time to go to bed"
"Dada throw me" 
"No it's time for bed"
"Dada throw me 2 times" 
"Deal"

Now if was some Influencer try-hard type I’d post this on LinkedIn like:

“I love sharing great value with my kid, just today I told him the value of naps and why he should be in bed. He replied with “well father, while I do agree with you on the importance of consistent sleep habits, I propose a counter offer. You give me a toss high I’m the air 5 times then I will respectfully head to bed, is that fair?”
“Sounds like a win-win proposal.” I replied

That’s what it means to be a great account executive, understand what your buyer wants to get them to what they really need.

I’m not here to sell, I’m bringing value.
