Hey fellas, just wanted to pose an ask on how you would all handle.
Currently the top producing sdr at my company since I’ve entered, sitting on a 150%+ quota attainment after the company raised quotas (+60%) this quarter.
Problem is, despite my performance, as a team we’re behind on our overall number and I’m being pushed to continue to hit metric numbers despite being well over quota myself. This is after consistently putting in 50-60+ hour weeks to carry the team as people have been out of office.
How would you broach the conversation with your manager if you were in my position - at this rate I can’t see myself not burning out.
