What can you all tell me about the "Intelligent Document Processing" (IDP) space?

Had a company reach out that does AI and Machine Learning for the space. My gut says it can be a good bet because so much is being automated with the documentation process at firms but I am wondering if it could also be a gimmick like crypto. Is it a space worth getting into?

One of the players is Automation Anywhere.

Are you talking about software that indexes info via OCR?

Automation Anywhere has been around for a while.

And this is not crypto, and I don't believe it's a gimmick.

In addition, every major tech company has invested in making AI/ML part of their platform: SFDC has Einstein. IBM leverages Watson. Adobe has Sensei. MSFT has AI enabled in Azure.

Whether or not it's a space getting into is not something I can answer, but it's valid software.

No idea about this space but technology changes very often. It all depends upon how much the company innovates. Glassdoor, company news, G2 will be a good starting point for me.

Definitely not a gimmick. Google it and you'll see.

AE’s - here’s a very client-centred way to gather information about ‘WHEN’ a decision needs to be made. Doing it this way will help you shorten sales cycles and build trust. Keep in mind - not every question I ask in this example is a perfect fit for every buyer, but should give you a good place
