My 07 CR-V has 221K miles on it. My caution to people buying new Hondas: buy EXACTLY what you want. Color, trim, etc. Because you'll have that car FOREVER.
The 18 CR-V is at 78K. It would be higher, but I no longer have to drive anyone to school or sports practices. The mechanic is shocked that I don't need tires or brakes or anything more frequently because I was constantly getting mileage maintenance when I had the kids going every which way, and now I'm mostly not driving.

Drove a 4 Runner as a rental - for me, it was a bit awkwardly sized. I couldn't exactly step in or out of it, but the step also was in a weird place so I'd have to shimmy in and out. On the converse, my son, who is significantly taller than me (and I'm not short) could step in and out of it with no issue. I can see where it would be ideal for someone over 6'0".
So for me, the CR-V is perfect, because it's exactly the right size for me to step in and out of.

I'm 5'7" and it was just an awkward size. Not tall enough for the step to do anything helpful, not short enough for me to step in without using the steering wheel to hoist myself up. The step caused me to end up OUTSIDE the vehicle to then slide in weirdly. Maybe it was that model. I mean, definitely test it out when you're ready to buy - maybe the step is configurable as well.
If it ain't broke don't fix it.

I love all the hybrid and electric options these days. Missed a hybrid option for my vehicle by a year. Argh.

My wife wanted a BMW, so we bought a 2021 X5 Plug-in hybrid. We love it. It does just about everything we need. When I was driving I had a 2006 Camry with over 250k miles, and it ran like a dream.
2016 Honda Civic that still has under 50k miles on it so should be driving this for another few years.
You'll have that for decades more at that rate!
Chev Silverado. My road vehicle though is usually a CRJ-900 or a 737 and then whatever rental I have on the other end.
F150 - not the best mileage but I donโt do many big drives.
