Brazil has one thing in common with the US, its size.
But here, we still face some issues when the subject is sales teams and processes.
Process: We have a lack of tools. Brazilian tools don't work well because is very expensive to develop anything over here. But US tools are often too expensive (shitty exchange) to most mid-market companies.
Teams: Bad salaries = Bad leaders. Bad leaders = high turnover. That's it. Brazilians don't see salespeople as a high qualified people yet.
Because of this kind of issue, customers are facing a fucking terrible buying experience. It's hard to find good salespeople over here...
But in the US, it seems that this kind of thing is not very common. So, what kind of issues you guys are facing in the level of commercial maturity that you are?
And the other countries? Do we have someone over here that can speak for those?
