What’s the usual quota / OTE ratio in Europe and US for SaaS B2B AE’s?

it's seems that in Reps in the EU often have around x4 / x5 ratio. 
Working in big tech like SFDC, Mongo, Snowflake or in early Series A startups. 
For e.g for a 1M€ARR quota at Salesforce a Rep will get around 250k€ OTE 
For a 500k€ARR quota around 130k€ OTE
and so on... 
reaching this x4  

EU folks what about you ? US guys how is it ?

Enterprise Account Executive
When I was a core AE at SFDC I was on their Comms, media tech new logo team. I has a ~850K quota with a 200K OTE. Not sure what my euro counterparts would be.
