I have leaned in so hard on the tasks in HubSpot. I had a minor moment today when HS was down for a minute and I thought “huh, what would I do?”

I'll try to just keep the line of communication open. Maybe pay them occasional visits to remind them I exist and remember what we talked about previously.

I use Salesforce as it’s my source of truth - whether I have a follow up now or after 3 month, want to track the history of conversations - Salesforce is my go to tool.

LinkedIn is your best friend for keeping engaged with prospects. Follow them and their company on LinkedIn. Comment on their posts, send them emails about things you see on their company.

Just staying present keeps the relationship alive and shows you care.

i use email.
I set reminders to follow up in the CRM or in my calendar.

I will ONLY reach out though if I have something valuable to share.

if I dont have anything relevant I can always use the old

"in a meeting today we were talking about ____ and it made me think of you and our conversations around____. I am looking forward to connecting again (insert agreed upon check in time) "
