Agreed that all 4 are important! I did vote product specific because this also helps me figure out their pain points. If they're asking for the product to do certain things, I can usually tell where they're currently lacking

For several years now, I have worked with companies bringing new technology to the market. Pain points & product specific are tied for #1. If the product isn't meeting the needs of the market, then nothing else matters.
