I partially agree, however, I really think there are people who are genuinely trying to share best practices. Assuming everyone is garbage is simply closing the door in 1000s of salespeople. But there are plenty of clout hunting b-holes in li so I understand where you come from.
On te lavender ceo, didn't know but what he does doesn't reflect on the other people that work there. So meh.
The CEO sets the tone for the entire company. His actions, now exposed, make the entire brand and all assets (including people) look bad.
I suppose, I don't see the point of disregarding a good product due to bad leadership, plus a quick Google search into the news from the lavender leadership' shows nothing on the accusation that was talked about. So IDK, we can't just base our facts on hearsay.

You can say that from the start instead of simply putting things out that aren't simply true, this a community where not everyone agrees on everything, nor do we have to agree on everything. But some of the SDR leaders that are in the company do put out some common sense things we all can apply in our work and try to put out good practices.
