I have a really great meeting rhythm with my VP - He has been in the industry for 20+ years and is like an encyclopedia. He brings a lot of market knowledge in a very matter of fact way and establishes credibility right away, and I develop the relationship and do a lot of the detail work behind the scenes. Finding someone whose strengths balance your weaknesses can be really powerful!
