Fresh back from meeting with the board. It was a 3-hour tour of the last 60 days of building a sales process, hiring, planning, projecting, scripting, and basically creating an outbound sales motion from dirt.
I wasn't really stressing it, quite honestly, because I've never worked so hard at anything. If they were going to roast me, I would have walked away with a clear conscience, knowing that I just don't know as much as I think I know.
But the plan met approval, offers of support, and reassurance of their commitment to the effort. Really nice when a plan comes together. Shoutout to those who commented on the redacted plan. Special nod to ๏ปฟ@Gasty๏ปฟ and ๏ปฟ@Revenue_Rambo๏ปฟ for taking a deep dive.
Today, I told the chiefs I would revise this years projection. Just sent it.
