Started at a new company 30 days ago and had my review and all that fun jazz for the 30-60-90 day plan. Figured I'd share
At this point I've had 2 deals close with 2 more slated to before EOM which is decent but of course I and they always want more which is a good thing. Have to figure out messaging that resonates most with our prospects in order to make it easier on the outbound motion to generate more pipeline there. Company is very cool, lots of intelligent people, they don't try to shove the culture pill down your throat and they don't need to because the people there get it and it's small enough where almost everyone knows each other.
All in all my last org sucked and this one is lightyears ahead of my previous role which is funny because my last company was 4 years older than my current org.
It's not all doom and gloom in the market and getting let go can in fact be the best thing sometimes.
