I realise that many on this platform likely call "Merica" home, however as an Aussie working for an American company I'm often left frustrated by the heavy US centric sales training pushed out of HQ. A lot of it just doesn't work when selling to Australian personas as culturally its viewed as cheesy or over the top it most cases.
Does anyone else have this problem in markets outside of the US?
Have you provided feedback up the line and have they altered the training programs?
