Anyone have experience as a BDR/SDR at Palantir, ForUsAll or Comet?

Hey all, first post here.

Have interviews with ForUsAll (401k startup), Palantir (big data/ govt contractor) and Comet (ML startup).

Curious if anyone of y'all have experience working at these companies, good, bad and the ugly.

Trying to leave my current BDR role to make more money and get equity.

Thanks!

Role play: I'm the VP of HR for a 400 person company. We do our 401k and benefits via TriNet, who also administers our benefits. Why should we use you?

Bruh, we're also integrated with Trinet.  If you're using Trinet for your payroll and 401k benefits, you're likely on their MEP (multi-employer plan) or it'svery old.  If you've already grown to 400+ EEs, it means you have waaaay outgrown your current 401k. Or at the very least, do your fiduciary duty as an HR exec for a financial health checkup.  If you haven't checked fund fees, RK fees, and expense ratios in the last 2 years, your personal retirement funds and the rest of the company's are being eaten away by fees that charge by the % of assets.  So how about doing a financial check up with me next Wed at 2pm?  If anything, you can use my info to negotiate lower fund fees ;)

Disclaimer, I do not work for ForUsAll.  In fact, there are way better 401k options out there compared to them.  @Zeestonklord, they would not even be in my top 5 401k list in the HR world.
*sigh* I miss finance :/

You sold me! However the real advice is the last paragraph. You don't want to jump to a bottom tier startup during a downturn. Especially one involved in ... crypto ::: shudder:::

Exactly, if you wanna invest in crypto, whatever no judgement.  But to introduce that to someone's retirement? Too early and volatile.  Don't mix retirement and fun trade mentality together - keep those investments separate.  A lack of fiduciary responsibility.

Would you be commercial or Federal at Palantir?

The title is national inside bdr, does not specify in the description whether it is federal or commercial. Is commercial better?

You're going BDR to bdr?

No, that's why I asked. Commercial largely rejected this company five years ago for the cost, complexity, and inability to implement their product. Only do something specifically aligned to federal if you choose it, imo.
