Anyone know Hubspot Canada's comp for Small Business AEs?

I know Glassdoor etc allegedly reports on this, but I find the data there is often completely false. Ie, I work for a smaller company and there are comps reported for us that I know are bogus. Would love to understand base pay and OTE for this role to figure out if a sales candidate is being honest.

Quite honestly it varies widely based on geography, industry, size of company, stage of company etc. Hubspot won't have crazy comp like a startup would.

Unfortunately, RepVue and Glassdoor don't really give you a good idea of Canadian compensation.

Yea I saw that is what HubSpot itself lists for the US role, but for some reason, they aren't transparent about Canada compensation :/

I still leverage RepVue for base/OTE I just don't bother to convert USD to CAD.
